One of the biggest things in this business is you have to like to drive and you have to like to be able to be your own boss it is a self starting job where it is only common sense involved in doing it there is a lot that you will have to know but you will learn as you go i as the owner will train all drivers untill i feel they are acquianted with it enough to be able to do it on there own (usually within two trips) after that they are on a probation period for one month this gives them the time to see if it is something they want.
